CHANCE Seminar: Design of Experiments - 12.01.2012
The Chemometric Analysis Center (CHANCE) organizes a series of seminars about the theory and use of chemometrics. The 2nd seminar is on March 22nd and 23rd and is entitled:
Introduction to Design of Experiments
This seminar is focused on the basic theory and practice of Design of Experiments and statistical inference. The aim is to give a practitioner an idea or reminder about the main features and uses. The seminar will be based on teaching hours and some guided exercises.
The main topics are:
- (Fractional) factorial experimental designs
- Analysis of variance
- Regression analysis
